My old base last server did the same thing and lasted for about 3-4 irl days before decaying without TC

That’s because if you destroy a tc with upkeep in it the base will go off that upkeep that was in the tc that got destroyed

Main base is decate but gate houses and compound are still inact with no damage
But widegaps and external tc are gone

Base also decay slower when they are in range of a tc with upkeep
