No rust work connection

I am experiencing with Rust Console Edition. My Rustwork is unable to connect, and despite trying everything I can think of, I have not been able to resolve the problem.

Here is what I have already attempted:

• Restarting the game and my console (PlayStation).

• Ensuring my internet connection is stable and testing other online games.

• Reinstalling the game to ensure all files are intact.

• Checking for any available updates for the game or my console.

• Reviewing online forums and guides for potential fixes.

How long have you had the error?
Console Restart?
Router Restart?
Access from another account?
Can you access PTB?

I have the same problem, but everytime I ask about it I have all these clowns saying I'm banned. When I'm a literal community server admin. What reason would I have gotten banned for
