Well no official servers have them so

If you’re a server owner put this command into your gportal console if you’re missing the Christmas lights

craft.unlockallblueprintsglobal true

They will then be available under crafting in seasonal section.

I had the same problem last week and this fixed it.

Yeah they're only available to craft if you have all BPs unlocked
