#Bans not working correctly

So I banned 2 people from my server last night and another 2 this morning. After my restart a couple hours ago, the bans are now gone. Also I can't see my banlist on GPortal due to System.NullReferenceException. Same message is received when banning players but if I try to ban again, it says they are already banned.

Update: This is a GPortal issue with my server. My test server works just fine when running the banlist command

I tried a ticket with gportal and they didn’t do anything. Said everything was working fine. All they did was change hardware. I can’t get anyone to stay on the banned list anymore. Just get the same null reference message after adding them and next day they are off the ban list again.

Seems you have to add the [Playstation] or [Xbox] when banning or unbanning now

This most recent update fixed it for me. Luckily I logged all my recent bans in my bot so I just had to re-add them. Ban command and banlist work as they did before now

I have had the exact same issue. Everyone is now unbanned. Did you find a resolution to this? I put a ticket in with Gportal and got the usual “contact D11” crap they always throw out

Did a test and added the players I had previously banned through gportal using global.banid and after our daily restart they actually stayed added to the ban list. Seems like it is fixed now.
