RCE only came out <t:1621209600:R>. A new version of the game would have a lot of hurdles:

• Splits developers across both builds
• Splits the player-base
• Doubles dev time and cost
  Don't expect a current-gen version any time soon if ever.

It clearly states on the Box PS4 and Xbox 1. The game is developed and sold for old-gen consoles, not next-gen. if you want next-gen performance, you will need to buy one that is developed for it
