- Splits developers across both builds
- Splits the player-base
- Doubles dev time and cost
Don't expect a current-gen version any time soon if ever.

Rust is rust - they’re all connected in some way they all are a copy and paste of the same thing just ran off of different devices d11 and tencent may not have a contract but there both what rust tencent can’t just up and start developing a mobile version with out said permission it’s just sad to see the console community die out during to lack of consideration of actually making the game better

maybe it will never die, but surely many people would come back if they updated the game at PC level, in fact it would be enough to just transform it ps5, pay attention, many current games are doing it and there are no real cases of player crashes or dying games.
