If you are banned, there are no ban appeals. You can shoot a message via support if you have more information to add or try to appeal if anything but no guarantee. Hope they respond though.

I've heard mixed things regarding usernames so I don't want to spread misinformation since I'm unsure on that front.
I do know they don't ban without proof since they manually review reports. It could also be for something else from tos/code of conduct.

well it could have been a ban wave but I already did the time for a com ban a year back so I don’t think it’s that unless they re pulled the chat logs not realizing that I already got my com ban but it wasn’t on rust it was on my actual psn account

I believe in D11 even tho they get so much negative attention from their very bad support system I just hope they actually care enough to notice my issues i think the have good intentions but it does legitimately seem they don’t care some times but what do I know I don’t own a multi millionaire gaming platform company with a small work force at their disposal

Put in a ticket one of the mods will answer however they may give you the same information that’s listed in here already after that I suggest just watching for Pedro to be online and active in the chat and jump in as soon as you can
