No Multiplayer Permission?

I tried to get on Rust Console per usual and I see it says no multiplayer permissions. So I’m trying to see if anyone has a fix or not.

No and I soft reset it and it didn’t work I used an alt account and it didn’t work I have no network issues

Yeah I talked to a Xbox helper and he said have you checked your subscription and I said no and turns out I didn’t pay it😂
