Pine Hosting -Devs its time to partner up.

We need a decant Rust server host. G-portal do not care anymore about their customers. My server has an issue of people getting kicked all the time. Apparently Their DDoS protection was just kicking people- after 3 days of back and forth the issue was fixed on their end, but guess what kicking issue has not changed. people still getting kicked out of server every 20 min/10 min. They do not care. no days added of downtime nothing, in these 3 days server was down completely for 28h.

They need competition, they can do whatever because they are the only ones who provide the service for Rust.

Pine Hosting is one ow the leading Rust PC server providers.

Exact same thing here, they’ve just told me they’ve fixed it and now it’s only an issue on my servers instead of the hardware they’re on which I KNOW for a fact is BS considering I’ve spoken to at least three other server owners who are going through the exact same crap.

What do you think community/Halloween update means

We've already gotten a community update with comm server features so this one should be something different like new server providers

Like cmon....then it's Rust issue....

But getting replay from devs is almost impossible

Atleast G-portal replays.....the server is compleatly unusable just becouse the state of the game

DDOS protection is nothing to do with D11 nor is it a game problem, that's G Portal deflecting.

They fixed the DDoS problem but people still are getting kicked, and they are saying server is perfectly fine.....

So they reported it to Rust

After being told I was on "the best hardware" and server running 10fps, getting fobbed off and being told its Rusts issue.. I've officially given up on ever contacting gportal again. Such a shame as D11 don't want to hear the the issues either ... but it's us server owners spending hundreds of pounds and facing brick walls

The sooner everyone realises gportal have your cash and don't care .. the less stress you will entail.

But D11 also have to step up and address the issues us server owners are facing, spending hundreds to keep their player base happy through a company they have a deal with.

I've made numerous posts regarding these gportal servers along with hundreds of others .. and not seen any recognition from D11 to the issues us server owners are facing.

And I'm telling you that the company you're recommending does not dabble in the industry of console server hosting making your suggestion unobtainable. D11 aren't gonna magically convince a PC server provider to do console as well. Just saying 🤷‍♂️

Most companies don't. The only one's I can think of are G-portal or Nitrado
