D11 don’t have a responsibility to respond to you, they will respond if and when they get the chance, you lose all rights when you breach TOS.

in 3.1-1 it states that the rights are subliminal and only guided by the TC commission and they grant you a non-exclusive non-revocable and nontransferable and non-explicable limited right and license to own the copy of the game and the preference of this under clause 7 states that they have to uphold the T&C manufacturing that they relinquish based on requirements such as bans third-party devices exploitation and any type of infringement/interference with the TC and if I am banned this falls under themselves does it not?? so my point being if they gave me a allotted time of three business days and they don’t respond doesn’t this go off of what they say which is on them not me 🫡
