The AK is such an iconic part of Rust. Not for its recoil but also for its sound. Please don't change the sound of it, it deserves to sound like the monster it is currently on main branch.

I don't agree the sound of the weapons is very pronounced for the ears, especially for the Tommy, I definitely prefer the PC version

The AK sound as it is currently on console is arguably one of the most iconic weapon sounds ever, it sticks out from any other game/sound. The next update will only mix it in with the bunch of guns that have that same type of sound

I barely know any players on pc or console that prefers the new gun sounds... even after gaining 2k hours since the combat update on pc, I have only ever met a few new players that like it because they don't understand what it used to be like

there messing up the game like on pc. games cooked, i thought there was sumthing good on console but as soon as i start to play it they do this stupid crap the only reason i left pc because recoil and gun sounds. now they sounds so trash. game is headed twds a bad state so it is what it is lowkey, devs just always change things really annoyinjg like cant ever leave things as they are . less is more

Atleast it's better than console, there's a variety of things console doesn't bring to the table and the play style doesn't consist of offline offline offline camp camp camp like console does

if u played rust 2019-2022 before update it was so much better. less is more they add too much its extremely annoying

personally I don't know how you do it, but by dint of shooting the noise of the weapons breaks my ears, and the sound on PC I am completely satisfied to change personally, after the tastes and the colors

the tommy sound is fine but the other guns sounds so basic and just bad and the way this is headed they are going to do recoil change , than mess up the game so bad. like all the other original gun sounds in console are lit

I have 1000 hours of gaming on PC, but that's not what you should look at, it's just a question of preference, the PC version suits me very well

the sound of the weapons and the ballistic specific to the game are two different things, they can very well change the sound and leave the ballistic as it is

The m2 and ak sound like they got nerfed, the lr sounds like it's shooting bb's, and I forgot the mp5 sounds like airsoft
