Pee Pee 9000 is an in-game mechanic that kills sleepers for server stability when there are over 100 sleepers. In the Closed-Beta Pee Pee was the default teammate name left in the code, D11 renamed this to BootsMcFace but wanted to keep Pee Pee in the game somewhere. These days PP will hide behind names like boar, hunger, heat, wolf & so on, so if you're killed while asleep in your base by a random animal, it's probably PP.
