Looks like PC is adding a small chance for teas to be in food crates. Be a nice addition

Hm that could be an interesting change, not implemented yet so i dunno what the loot tables would be but sounds a cool concept

You can make the drops be 0.1 % chance. Super rare but a nice surprise when found.

think of it this way does the modern gaming community ever want things to be a challenge they'll always complain till it's easier to aquire then let's say you got someone farming abandoned super market health teas I could say would be ok but anything else no

• things like this used to be only possible on modded servers on pc which people on pc have been asking for to be made official on pc steam forums I'd rather not see console follow in the same footsteps as pc as pc already ruined what made rust what made it so popular in the first place

I strictly play official servers because I enjoy the challenge and want a honest experience I don't want things to be made easier as everything is easy as is don't need anything easier

while I understand that ik the community wouldn't leave it at that modern generation of gamers only want everything to be easy and handed to them very few people actually want to work for something and earn their wipe

I play official too. A small chance for a basic tea isn't going to brake the game or make it any easier they say the tech tree!

take people asking for starts as a example before 2020 on pc no one ever asked for starts it was actually unheard of but as soon as people started getting the game made easier it was like a virus that's progressively gotten worse as people are continously wanting things made extremely easy or handed to them

while it won't break the game it's a matter of the bigger picture as making this kind of change would cause far more damage than good especially with how rare it is to find actual gamers nowadays that enjoy to play the game the way it's meant to be played rather than always looking for the fastest shortcut

I just don't want to see another game I enjoy ruined by the current generation

Probably because the player base are all grow up and don't have the time to sink into the game.

I've been playing since 2013 never once asked for a start and always go out of my way to make things harder just for the thrill of the challenge being a adult is nothing to do with it

I'm not saying there's not more responsibilities but once a gamer always a gamer but if your someone that constantly seeks change to make something easier on a game that's meant to be a challenge then that's not a gamer do you understand what I mean?

it's different if it's meant to be a casual game

but rust was never meant to be casual it was meant to be a hardcore post apocalyptic survival

I'm 50 50 on them while I do like them for when I own a shop I also understand there's alot of people that can easily abuse it so they never have to worry about dying as much as they can send everything back to back farm wise for only 20 scrap from the comfort of the safe zones

as that's exactly what happened on pc

just like industrial as I never wanted industrial to be added I could adapt to it main reason why is because people can send all their loot to a different base in the middle of a online making offlines even more preferred which there's been several people talking about doing this very thing when it comes to main this Thursday within the discord

I'd love a vanilla server with no tech tree. So finding items means more

while you can do it unless it's someone new to the game they'd have the pipeline extremely secure or have it all setup to a heartbeat sensor

me personally I'm always fine with the additions of new monuments even excavator while it does make things easier it brings a necessary amount of time to run and clear out while having ample risk

I got off the server for the wipe yesterday internet went out mid raid defense as I gave all my boom to a group to online me 520 rockets and 30 c4 they still failed to full raid my main on ptb
