i have spend thousands of hours on this game for me to be banned while not cheating/being legit

You can be banned for any breach of TOS it’s not just a case of cheating, D11 do not Console Ban without hard evidence, you will not get a response anywhere else but that support ticket.

i have never said anything ban able in game chat or promote devices. could you explain what else is in TOS and where it’s located. and i have been waiting on a response for over a week.
