My mates rust is saying that he has no multiplayer permission

He hasn’t changed any settings on his Xbox or got a family account linked to his so idk if it’s rust or his Xbox 😭 if anyone else had the same problem pls msg me how to fix it

@blissful mountain Try disconnecting and reconnecting your Xbox and check status of your Xbox Live subscription. If this workaround doesn't fix the issue, please contact Microsoft.

Only seen on Xbox tbh, seems to be an intermittent issue
