Should a boat decay if not touching water in a base?
As long as it's covered fully and in tc range it should not be decaying

I live on an iceberg, I HAD 5 boats in a 3x3 on the little pebbles that are around the icebergs and they all decayed.
The boats were fully inside of the base and tc was full
However none of them were touching water

inside the base, however were they in a covered room with a roof, or just inside a compound?

Hmm, a boat should not decay if it's in a closed room with 3 walls, door and a roof, it could be because it was out of water
