not every server admin abuses but you take that risk when you want to play modded and want a easy experience with no effort

Give it enough time and I think most community servers will die, especially those with admin abusers.
That's how it is with ark atleast. There's a handful of high pop, well managed servers and the others are all dead.
Give it time and not everyone and their dad will have a community server
