Most people play with sens higher than they can handle. I’d suggest doing the opposite and going super low, especially ads and moving up as you’re comfortable. I have high sens for movements like running and turning, but my ads is super low for everything besides like bows or snipers where you need to track over weird distance. Edit: also didn’t realize @signal pulsar was op, thought this was a new player lol.

I think good players that are legit run into this. Rust PvP feels different to any other game I’ve played. Sometimes I feel so dialed in and things are tight but others, it honestly feels broken. The more I’m learning about the state of the game, I’m wondering if the latter is actually real.
