Map Seeds Not Working

I have had an ongoing issue with map seeds. My gportal server will not generate any maps except the presets. Additionally, if I try to make any selections to monuments it breaks the seed. All that generates on this server is a water logged flat land unless its a default preset. I have just gotten another server from gportal and the seeds feature works perfectly. Any idea why this would be happening and how I can resolve>? Thanks so much

So question about that does that remove the server from peoples favorites list? we have a pretty good pop going and would hate to lose all those players

ya, but if u have a discord server (like literally any half decent pop server should) just tell people what's going on

ya we got a discord but people dont listen ya know my 50 pop with 106 sleeping gonna go back to a 10 pop

people absolutely do listen lmao 🤣🤣.. there's no other way to fix this issue so either do this or just stick with presets

is there a way to reset the server to default settings without deleting it and remaking so that i can see if i can get it working before trashing the ip
