Raid weekends good or bad??

I own a community server an was thinking about changing it up to many offline raiding killing my pop an its sad because my team works hard to provide Qol for every play style in rust. We've been up to 25-30 one week an the next 1-5 just was wondering if players prefer Raid Weekends

unfortunately offline or not almost everyone playing community servers is only looking for heavily modded with free starts
