Custom server craft.adddefaultblueprint

I keep trying to make it so that my players spawn with certain items but after doing craft.adddefaultblueprint and restarting my server they still spawn with rocks and torches I checked my craft.listdefaultblueprint list and everything I wanted to add was on there but they still spawned with rocks and torches anything else I can do to make them spawn with kits?
