The only way to have the same as a Current Gen Xbox is to buy one, you can try this;
Xbox One/One S - Performance Tips
Terrain Settings - Lowest
FPS Cap - On
Cache Clear
Clean your Console
Consider purchasing a cheap external SSD that will have a much higher write speed then the internal HDD of the Xbox One/One S to improve load times etc.
But you will never get to the levels of how the Current Gen performs.
