Use this command format in the boot commands section monumentspawns.enableconfig “dome_recycler”
After you enter these boot commands your server will restart and they will be in the places you put. If they are not there wiping your server will put them there @uncut turtle

No it doesn't work.. Big problem with teams on my server.. Some players see themselves in other teams and cannot leave.. For the option [Limit Team Locks] is deactivated on the server..
I believe you have several team problems..
