Can't get past the "START" screen

I can't get past the start screen. The start screen that you begin when entering rust loads for a second when I press a button, then it says start again. I have checked for an update, deleted the game and downloaded it back, and I have fairly decent wifi. I don't know what else to do or why this is happening.

Okay so we don’t know what’s the cause at the moment d11 thinking it might be a PlayStation problem like you have to be 17+ to play it or something

That is what we are investigating. A prompt should be there if it's really for the age restriction. Still investigating 🙂

Got more info on this. To confirm, the only ones experiencing this issue are on PlayStation correct?
We have to comply with the platforms and if your PSN account does not respect the age rating of the game (pegi 16/ ESRB 17+), it will block you from getting in the game

Do you play on ps4 or and xbox

Ok and most of the problems were ps4 players so idk if ps4 did something on there end or not but I’m sure that d11 will come with a fix to this matter

But I’m not 💯% sure if it’s Sony or not but all we can do is hop

D11 is trying there best to find out why it’s acting like this but we can hopefully be sure that it’s a coding error or something
