Try to spectate them when their in fights look for shakes, like a mouse, (ex. Obies admin vid on his second channel) he bans people who have obivous mouse shakes and a straight line for recoil. Ive noticed ZE (u get the point) users recoil bounces very fast and usually is very accurate when theyre aiming at something

Not telling people to go to obies channel but its a good example
