Admins are constantly spawing items and giving then to people, they killed us while we were raiding, they started raiding our base cause we started winning our fight. Server is AstroWorld

Its a player owned server they can do whatever they want they paid for it, it sucks but its the truth of the matter. Just have to find a server with dedicated admins/owner

There's honestly nothing you can do about it, just find a server with good admins. Mine are good people, we've had no complaints so far. Just check the player feedback if they allow it.

D11 won't do a thing because its not against the rules they paid to OWN a server so that means they can do what they want on it, reporting to D11 is just wasting their time reading it and yours sending.

Because D11 chose a crappy supplier means it the suppliers fall D 11 has no accountability. That is incorrect. The 11 is 100% accountable and the community is holding them responsible.
