add weather events!

It would be super cool if we got snowing/raining/cloudy weather events that could change the way you take fights to make sure that every fight is different

just add weather honestly. Pc got it already. Community might disagree (they don’t know its a survival game) and it might take up some hardware but it’ll be cool

@winged wigeon Liam had plans on creating weathers but shortly after he abandoned the idea of adding weathers to the game.

The only "weather" in game atm is some days are slightly more foggy but not really noticable since I turned fog down since people kept complaining about it. The wind/rain/snow/thunder isn't hooked up to work and I am not allowed to finish it so that won't be any time soon.
