they will come once they full release.. There's just a few community ran servers atm and none of them went for an oce server 🤷‍♂️

There's nothing wrong with playing with a bit of lag. I did it for 8 months straight

high ping via a different server region isn't like actual lag. It's not that bad

especially on rust, it's fairly tame
