Report it as a bug in the ptb server. There should be a way to rotate doors.

they removed it normally depends on which side of the frame you look at

I'm aware of the change. I heard of players rotating it with X. Like you would rotate a wall before building it. If you can't find a way to rotate the door, report it as a bug in the ptb server
