I've noticed compaired to the original rust that sulfur quary is just a lot lower amounts then i believed.

well the pc version has not only diesel but quarry buffs and shit. So ya the quarries on console are very useless

sulfur quarry is the worst out of the 3 on both pc and console sure alot of people prefer diesel because it's faster if your the only one getting the diesel but in the time it takes to get all the diesel vs lowgrade your not only making less your also spending more time waiting on monuments to respawn the diesel barrels

but the sulfur quarry allows 32,400 sulfur every 24 hours on console

hqm quarry is 2,160 hqm ore per day

and stone quarry is 216,000 stone and 32,400 metal per 24 hours

ik their faster but in the time to get all the diesel + risk of getting more compared to lowgrade it takes longer unless your a large group controlling a monument by walling it off will compound walls and roofcamping towers

it's faster for groups slower for solos and small groups

You don't need to wall off the quarry on pc but you do on console. Otherwise you're gonna be sitting there for 5 hours waiting for low-grade

u build up diesel from running monuments and shit.. that's what's good about it. There's no other use for it so it's all just saved up for free farm

using low grade means ur losing out on everything else that low grade is used for

run a few rigs and u have 10 diesel 🤷‍♂️

not really if you farm the ocean you can manage plenty of lowgrade if you have oil refineries running also more people wall in quarries on pc than on console although that's mostly due to the map seeds making it nearly impossible on console

in terms of respawn time and monuments it's ultimately faster and safer in the long haul but in the short term diesel is faster if you only plan to get a couple diesel at a time

ik but if you take that into consideration every 300 lowgrade is 1 diesel for 1k sulfur every 100 lowgrade is 360 sulfur in terms of rate of exchange your losing more with diesel even if it is faster

let's say you get yourself 10 diesel worth 10k sulfur if you were to do the ocean you can manage up to 4,200 crude/hour max if your lucky on raft spawns which is equal to 42 diesel barrels a hour

100 crude is equal to 300 lowgrade at outpost on pc it costs 300 lowgrade for 1 diesel also not mythical when it's 2,100-4,200 crude/hour everytime I focus strictly on the rafts
