bro inside of water treatment red card room, there is a switch that allows power to run through to the door. it happened to me the first time. until you flip the switch INSIDE the red card room, you cannot leave.

that is water treatment yes?

yeah your right it is in water treatment and you need to flip the switch inside to be able to leave the room
