free hand building

Any1 know a way to free hand build on console? I tried the tutorial but it just never works or get put in place with the main BLD

every build is freehand at somepoint till you name it and share it is when it no longer becomes a freebuild

Im talking about building a square with low half walls then lining up at the center of the 2 low half walls so u can build 2 triangle foundations

I can free build but i cant do that free hand build

floorstacking is easy to do on pc if you have alot of time but can be complicated on console

basically you have to have 2 foundations nearly touching eachother at different heights but close enough they'll connect similar to pixelgaps but slightly more complicated

different from high foundations and low foundations as they can't be to high or to low

If it's a square being place. Place triangle founds around the area with walls then freehand line the square. This method hard to explain but for console ensures its connected to the build allowing floor stacks and such

Free handed shooting floor peaks are hard but I know ps has a feature you can turn on to zoom in and it helps a lot more but still hard you just needa pay lots of close attention and you can probably get it close enough where it works

4x also helps

But since we don’t have pc graphics the thatch is really blurry I use a 4x and it’s easiest

You didn’t because he was talking about a free handed peak and you thought free handing as in building a base then tried saying he was floor stacking

I play both console and pc and ik what works both ways

Hammer also helps to get you most centered

I do too I use pc to build most of my custom build

Sanctuary makes it a lot easier with bgrade and symmetry

floor stacking was what we all originally thought based on the information we was given I've done countless freehand build peaks on pc and a small amount on console

but either way if you read back we've already went through this

you just aren't able to read apparently but thats fine, reason why I was going to sleep was because I'm exhausted from working outside all day and it's long past mid night
