Takes 3-4 headshots to kill a metal unless he has a tea. You kit him with 3 headshots and 1 body initially then missed after (the 4th headshot was you getting headshot by him).

3 headshots and 1 body shot CAN kill a full metal but not always. There's still room for another body shot, perhaps 2, to kill.

Also, you have 260 ping? The likelihood of you invalidating is significantly higher.

I'm not saying that invalids don't exist because they are prominent at the moment.
In summary, from your clip I'm more inclined to believe you probably invalidated because of your ping (not a game issue) even so, you were only in the threshold to potentially kill him and not definitively

You can literally have a farm in any base so nothing is stopping people from making teas. Secondly. Invalids are not that prevalent in the game that they are the be all and end all. You're never going to get better at the game if you only blame it for the reason you lost
