Friend has error message “No Servers Found” after doing update

My friend just did the update, and now he’s getting no servers showing even though we are online and playing. He did purchase a skin from the store before closing the game, then he found he had an update so did the update and ended up here. Any suggestions? He’s tried restarting his console several times and his router. He literally cannot play the game now.
