Add SOME PC mechanics to console.

I know why pc isn’t like console and I get that but I don’t understand why certain mechanics can’t be implemented. I think crawling while downed should be in the game as well as diesel being added for the quarries. I also think that quest lines should be added ( the guys at fishing village and maybe at other places). Console could have so much but they don’t.

The main reason they can’t do pc stuff is budget reasons
