Fps cap off and terrain quality low, I'm on old gen and with cap on it makes the lag worse than improve it

Surely fps cap should be on for old gen? God forbid my old PS4 ever tried to hit 31 fps, would've been a nuclear melt down 😂😂

V-sync is carrying it, Pro and One X I would recommend FPS Lock Off, any other Old Gen needs it On
