happened to me for the first time yesterday didn't have a combat timer no weapons someone shot at me I was at 19 hp and outpost gunned me down lol I was just out collecting berries

luckily it's only happened once

Seems to be happening more several people have posted lately. There was a stretch about 6 months ago where safe zones were randomly killing and people were getting 60 min hostile timers. I took a break for a while during that.
