No they can easily create new contracts with the old creators to include the proper language about profit splitting for the skins already made and the skins to be made onto console, there is no actual effort being put forward to this though as far as leaked info goes, they just have to out in the effort

Idk what the situation is with face punch made skins but I do know any of the community made skins won’t come to rust. I’m sure in time it’s possible but the team isn’t big enough to be working on fixing bugs/glitches and adding updates everyone’s asking for on top of getting new contracts made just for a skin that probably wont make them as much money I’m sure they are fine with the skins they are dropping now as they are new and it’s making them money. They can only do so much. Hopefully they will add this skin in the future that would be nice.

Okay and your arent listening to what im saying, the current contract does not include the console company nor wording or pricing for console skin sales, the ONLY thing that makes it IMPOSSIBLE for them is the few skin creators that they arent able to get ahold of that, other than that the only thing this would take it a new contract being wrote to included the new company in the deal instead of the old one

The company grossed 50 million dollars in 2021 nevermind having DAYS that they made a few million that year, its been 2 years of game sales and skin sales sense then and they have profited anymore, layers dont cost 50 million to rewrite contracts

$150 million dollar game and the yall take the answer that “we dont have the resources”

Its what the people want, its what the skin creators want, its what would bring the company more profit…. Its stupid to not do

it doesn't rewrite legal issues it would loosen or tighten restrictions but there would Ultimately still be illegal as it would set a bad precedent otherwise because then other companies would find it ok to copyright

then you'll find no end to it for every game

which would be bad as no one would get credit for their own work and everyone would just steal from one another

which is why it's illegal in the first place
