launch site bugged on most servers I play on

The launch site gets glitched sometimes after red room is opened, you can’t open red room because after you swipe another door is behind it and the already used red card swipe pad is blocking the 2nd doors swipe pad. Also spawns 2 Bradley’s and I never want to go there again

I've had a time in the past where there was 2 Bradley's but it was only a 1 time occurrence since the games release

this was 3 months ago and it's the only time I've ever seen it
