Change every shop item weekly

Instead of only the small shop changing weekly, they should maybe even cycle some of the older items just so the shop changes more frequently.

Found out it's bugged atm it'll change next week since today is the special skin store rotation. #❓wen-wipe has skin rotation details 🙂
