We really need the recoil change from pc to fix a lot of the CZ user issues. Since you can’t ban them we need to work around them.

if they don't get banned you have not provided evidence each report is done manually so it may take some time i have reported 20 people in the last 72 hours personally so if people report they will get banned

plus a much better future would be one without tpd if they can make a system to detect them which is not a thing yet, recoil update is why i quit pc its not skill

The recoil update for PC was to combat third party scripts for mouses which was a huge problem. It sucks that they had to make that change, but it would have been 10 times harder to train EAC to dedect scripts without legitimate players getting banned, and than people would still complain about it, which happens every single time without fail. FP makes a change, all the sudden people are up in arms and calling whatever they changed trash before even trying it.

Same thing happens here, change happens, people riot because “its not what they wanted.” or “They should worked on X Y Z because we all told them too”

Its not easy Developing a game. Especially for Console where you are greatly limited by the hardware, especially for rust.

That’s not why they changed it. It was changed to give newer players a better chance, instead of having to practice for 1000’s of hours. However, all it did was make the aim cone on certain guns worse, and made it almost impossible to shoot while standing. The update caused many people to quit the game

I mean everyone has their opinion about it, Ser Winter even said he doesnt like it, but he hasnt quit the game. But I can assure you, one of the reasons for this was to combat third party mouse scripting, having the new recoil helped Rust on PC, plus it lets EAC focus and put more time into catching cheaters.

🤷 idk what to tell ya man, its not hard to play the game. With the aim cone on certain guns, it makes you think about which gun to use and what distance to use it for so you’re not getting MP5 sprayed from 300 metres away and getting killed.

i played pc its BAD like really bad, playing it on controller is better than mnk but not "good" in the slightest the aim cone just takes away players skill

It’s not random on pc. People speculated that it was going to be before the update, but it’s not a random pattern. Each gun shoots the same every spray. Each spray does not change

The Combat 2.0 update has to happen at some point. I also think they should fast track it. Too often I get triple headshot'd from +60m.

Thats not true you can check steam charts and it was also apart of the reason to stop people spending 1000s of hours on aim train servers or buying cheats

The funny thing is the recoil console has now should of never came to pc either we didnt get a say some liked the recoil some didnt but helk added it without testing it an said nothings gonna change at least they had the decency to let players test it and give feed back this time this is the same argument we had on pc 5-6years ago
