where to build a base

I know there isn’t a perfect location just wanted tips on where to build or what I should look for when I’m making a base.

Well it depends on the type of base your building

For instance, the base I messaged you about in dms should be built in a very flat spot like on the coast or an icelake

And build next to monuments you will be able to use, like if there are 3 zergs around launch and your solo... While it might work if your skilled, the zergs will probably not let you run or recycle at launch

depends on the type of base and size your wanting to build if it's small I recommend building on the outskirts of the map or by outpost/bandit if it's large I recommend icebergs,ice lakes, or any big open area

Mines small and as much as I would like to there’s nothing around the outskirts most of the time especially roads

I do only build 2x1 and experiment with expansions to build a small base
