It's still not an item on PC so they can't add it.
I believe D11 could add an item if they wished however they would not add something so gamebreaking

Look man the whole point of a recycle run is risk reward when you take that out then why would anyone leave their base with goop if anything I’d like to see a fishing village recycler but if I had one in my base that would ruin the flow of gameplay
