there’s a glitch where you get stuck in a boat at oil rig and if you die in the boat it will only let you respawn on that boat but you’ll still be stuck

try this fix
Select Kill & Respawn in the Menu
Instead of selecting a respawn point LOG OFF the server
When you Rejoin the server select one of your bags and it should fix the problem
