Go low pop server, play on low pop times

Server pop doesn't matter that much, find a quiet area of the map, run roads at night, recycle everything, never log off with anything that could be scrap or isn't researched.

farm rafts and sunken wreckage 4k to 7k scrap a hour if done right if you recycle all comps

That's the key .. recycle everything .. hell you can get 1k from launch without even doing the main building every half hour.
