D11 are aware and released a patch for it but the patch is still being worked on so hopefully soon it will work as intended

To report rock bases , #1048833090442776656 send any clear evidence clips, server name n grid etc .

Patch is currently in testing on ptb .
D11 does the reports . They get thousands of reports daily n are done manually.
You won't be notified as its a breach of privacy. You would only know if the person it affected tells you themselves
