I have 500 hours, a team and we are decent but my problem with rust is that, without ptb or community servers, you can only get good by playing with guns, but to get the guns you have to be good at the game, without ptb, aimtrain or even build servers it’s hard to get better. It sucks even more when you haven’t brought the deluxe and only the regular version so you have to pay an extra 60 just to test out builds. The only exception is if you’re part of a Zerg and you finish your 50x50, 0.003 seconds after wipe. It’s just a paradox where only the people who brought the deluxe pack can break. The game is good but the gameplay is bad.

We tried taking large oil heavies with grenades one time, bounced off a rail an kill all of us

Also do it naked most full kits will ignore the naked and then you surprise them with a good thrown nade lmao

Grenade is 8 scrap i think so you just have to hit a couple barrels on the road, go recycle spend everything for nades and have fun

The nade thing you do on medium to high Pop servers

On dead servers you can run monuments or oil rig

If I’m bored midway through wipe I’ll just find a high pop and grenade people then despawn all of their loot in outpost

Or just shoot scientist at cargo with a thommy but bring a lot of meds easy aim train

I don't know if it's still working but if you buy the cobalt skin pack you where able to download ptb aswell

Worked for my mates but it was a couple months ago and I heard it's not working for everyone tho

My point was it doesn't take skill to get the gun, from there yes go outside and PvP. If you lose the gun, make another and try again, if you win you get a kit and confidence. Only way to get the experience is to do it my guy, don't afraid to lose items in rust or it will never be enjoyable.

[Ps5 player] I also have the standard version of rust but i bought the cobalt pack and now i have ptb . This only works for playstation im pretty sure... look it up for more info
