After the update i also got 1 door in my base, where the codelock is always disappearing.
Codelock is not showing up, but i cant place a new one, or pick the door up, so the lock must still be attached but invisible.
After restarting console, the lock came back for a short period of time, but disappear later again
If you got the lock in this period of time and replace it, it should stay until next server restart, and then be invisible again
But got this bug since first beta, sometimes more sometimes less, but always after server restart/updates
