Some switches (like the one in water treatment) are turning off way sooner than they should. I timed how long it takes once you flick the switch and it is 20 seconds before it turns off. It is impossible to get to the blue key card room in that amount of time. Not sure if it is related or not, but the manual door you use to get into the fuse room at water treatment is opening twice as fast as well.

It is literally impossible. 20 seconds is not enough time. I have tried many different routes. The shortest one is just under 30 seconds
