Can someone help me find a new base design cheap to medium for build and upkeep most likely 5man but can get down to 4man

If you’re looking for a good 4-5 man build use The Neptune. It’s a really good YouTube base most people don’t know about and is easy enough to modify. You just gotta pay attention to the shell bit otherwise you’ll have to use LOTS of gp exploding your mess up walls.
